Puri Jagannadh And Jr.NTR New Film Launched | Jr.NTR New Film On Sets

Young Tiger NTR and director Puri Jagannadh’s new film has been launched today on August 1 at the director’s office. Producer Bandla Ganesh is also present at the event.

NTR clapped the board for the muhurat shot of the film and the formal pooja ceremony was held. The regular shooting schedules will begin from 2nd August and a schedule will soon be shot in Vizag.

Kajal Agarwal is roped in as the female lead in the movie which is being made under Parameswara Arts production banner.

NTR’s Rabhasa audio is slated for a release on a grand scale today August 1 at Shilpa Kala Vedika. Thaman composed the tunes for this Santhosh Srinivas directed movie.

Writer Gopi Mohan Dreams Of Directing One Day | Gopi Mohan Wants To Direct In One Day

                                 

He may be one of the successful writers in the Telugu film industry with blockbusters such as "Ready", "King" and "Dookudu" to his credit -- but Gopi Mohan says his ultimate dream is to wield the megaphone.

He says he entered the industry to be a director.

"I came to the industry to direct a film. That was my goal and aim. In that process, fortunately or unfortunately, I became a writer," Mohan said in a post on his Twitter page.

In his over a decade-long career, Gopi has worked as an assistant director on Telugu films "Vamsi" and "Nuvvu Nenu", but he is waiting for a "good project for a long time" to take up direction.

"On the creative side, I am happy working with all my directors," he wrote and added that it was director Sreenu Vaitla who spotted his talent.

"I respect all my directors' talent and their hard work. Directing is a stressful job and he (director) is the one who takes all the pressure and pain.

"I had successful films with other directors, but because of Vaitlaji's films, my talent came into limelight. I am thankful and grateful to him," he further posted.

Gopi and Vaitla worked together on eight Telugu films in 10 years.

Vaitlaji gives freedom to a writer and he contributes a lot," he added.

They worked together in recently released Junior NTR-starrer Telugu blockbuster "Baadshah". Their other films include "Dhee", "Dubai Seenu" and "Venky".

Actor Rana Daggubati has no personal style statement and says his personality is "bits and pieces of the films" that he has done.

Rana, grandson of veteran Telugu film actor-producer D. Ramanaidu and son of producer D. Suresh Babu, started his acting career with 2010 release "Leader".

"After I became an actor, style was kind of defined by the film that I did because most films are extremely genre driven. The first film I did, which was a political drama, so I started looking like a politician in the process of it.

"My second film was 'Dum Maro Dum', where I looked like a goon, hippie... Then came 'Department', where I had a moustache and short hair, whatever I wore, I just looked like a cop," the actor told reporters at a charity event held for underprivileged kids by designer Riyaz Gangji here.

"So, I think a film defines what you do and you kind of end up doing it beyond a film. I think my personality is bits and pieces of the films that I have done. It is a confused mess actually," said the actor.

Baadshah Movie To Be Remake Movie In Tamil | NTR's Baadshah To Remake In Tamil With Vijay

                       

The super success of NTR starrer Telugu action-drama "Baadshah" has opened the way for its Tamil remake, the rights for which have been bought by Prasad V. Potluri of PVP Cinemas.

"PVP Cinemas has bought the Tamil remake rights of 'Baadshah', which is likely to be remade with a top actor. We don't know the name of the actor yet, but it is very likely to be made with a prominent face in Tamil," a spokesperson for "Baadshah", said.

If grapevine is to be believed, Tamil actor Vijay is likely to be cast in the remake.

"Baadshah", which resurrected the fading career of NTR was directed by Sreenu Vaitla. It's the story of how a common man is forced to turn evil to overthrow a ruthless Don, wanted by Interpol for acts of terrorism.

The film also featured Kajal Agarwal, Kelly Dorji, Ashish Vidyarthi, Navdeep, M.S Narayana, Brahmanadam, Tanikella Bharani, Ritu Varma, Siddharth Suryanarayan, Nassar, Vennela Kishore, Tagubothu Ramesh, Mukesh Rishi, Ajay and Chandra Mohan.

Produced by Bandla Ganesh, "Baadshah" minted Rs.13.5 crore worldwide on its opening day April 5. It is still running to packed houses.
